[BUG]The status panel is redraw when getting repport even no change

For each status repport the status panel is redraw even no change in data - which give glitch effect - need to memo the data to evoid unecessary redraw of the status panel

I cannot reproduce anymore - keep open for a while to see if can reproduce again
