Transfer ownership of the `catppuccin` package to `@Catppuccin-Holdings`

Hi 👋

I'm one of the core maintainers of Catppuccin. Currently, catppuccin/lua is published under the catppuccin account. However, none of the core team currently have the credentials to log into this account and we are unsure who has created it.

As we plan to publish our catppuccin/nvim plugin to luarocks (ref: catppuccin/nvim#707), I'd like to request that the current catppuccin package is transferred to a shared holdings account, Catppuccin-Holdings (@Catppuccin-Holdings) owned by the core team.

Although, please let me know if we can somehow claim the existing catppuccin account as keeping the existing slug would be more than ideal.

@leafo I tried transferring the catppuccin rock to the Catppuccin-Holdings account using the admin UI, but it's failing with "could not find user" (maybe it was the dash in the username??)

we'd love to claim the catppuccin account somehow if that's possible, but if not then yes please! a transfer would be brilliant.

Whoever was UrNightmaree on github should be able to just log in with the "Login With GitHub" button and get access to the account.

hi, no movement yet. we made contact but have as of yet not been able to regain control of the account. at this stage it might be best to just transfer to catppuccin-holdings, and initiate a transfer back if we manage to gain access to the catppuccin account later on.

If you regain access to the catppuccin account, feel free to reopen and request another transfer.
