Add searchable in-app shortcuts to the app drawer

Allow users to add specific Android app shortcuts (quick actions), such as a particular chat or a Letterboxd action, as individual entries in the app drawer. Those entries should be searchable and launch the chosen action directly.

@ivan-gj suggested dragging a shortcut from an app’s long-press menu into the app drawer, as in some other launchers. The exact way to add or manage these entries is still open for discussion.

This is separate from showing an app’s shortcuts when long-pressing its existing app-drawer entry, which is tracked in #235. Home-screen long-press shortcuts were added in #185.

I’d start with an “Add to app drawer” action on each shortcut in the app’s long-press menu. It reuses the shortcut picker and launch path Fokus already has, without making users drag into a scrolling list. A searchable “Add shortcuts” picker in drawer settings could be a second entry point. Drag-and-drop is worth considering later, but it needs a clear drop target in both drawer layouts.

Store each chosen entry by package, shortcut ID, and Android profile, with its own label. Show it as a separate search result and launch it through LauncherApps.startShortcut. Fokus already represents launcher shortcuts as targets and has shortcut-aware keys for pinned PWA rows, so those are useful starting points. I would not pin every added entry at the Android system level by default: pinning and removing one can affect shortcuts outside this drawer. The main edge cases to test are removed or disabled shortcuts, duplicate names, work profiles, and locked Private Space.
