Things fixed:
Popup menus for win7 and 8 tray icons. (Requires some modifications to the tray module as well)
The about box will now show > 4 GB of ram.
The about box is now aware of Windows 8 and Windows server 2012
Appbars/Trayicons on 64bit builds.
Picopng causing runtime failures in debug mode for no good reason.
