E2E tests for the FT personalization flow should be developed to test:
- various OTP partitions were programmed correctly
- attestation and TPM certificates were produced correctly
- owner configuration block has been injected correctly
- the flow is reentrant at several potential failure points
- transport image was loaded correctly and will boot
