Adding support for ARM64

Hello，I am using Ubuntu VM on Mac OS, which is based on ARM64. Is it possible to add support for ARM64 of this toolchain? Thanks!

Hi Zheng,
I ran into the same problem myself.
Therefore I opened this PR which resolves the issue.
In case you just need the toolchain release you can already try these ones.
