Release Notes or Changelog Missing

Hello detect-libc team 👋 ,

I noticed that detect-libc does not seem to include a changelog or release notes. This makes it difficult to understand what has changed between versions.

Would it be possible to add either:

• A CHANGELOG.md file in the repository, or
• Release notes for each version under the "Releases" section on GitHub?

This would help us stay informed about updates, bug fixes, and potential breaking changes.
