Desktop output actions previously appended error nodes outside React, so a late open/reveal failure could appear on a replacement result. Shared UI now awaits typed output callbacks and renders pending/error state within the completed result keyed by its output identity. Desktop retains native error codes in diagnostics and leaves the visible action state to React.
Validation: desktop TypeScript check and focused shared UI rendering test pass locally. GitHub CI runs the stack checks.
