SeleniumBasic 2.0.9.0 with WebDrivers Path Modified

This installation will setup the default webdriver's path to "(LocalAppData)\WebDrivers" instead of the original installation folder. This shall allow end-users the freedom to update their webdrivers separately in an environment where they are restricted to make changes to the installation folder.

This release also removes the shortcut creation during the setup as it seems to be the culprit of strange problems occuring during the setup.
