Asynch next release: v0.3.2

What can form the v0.3.2:

• Fix default port on secure connection + Query Parameterization #138
• Catch exception on connect to multiple hosts #136 ( stalled )
• Fix params substitution for select queries #141 ( fix in the Ensure param substitution works for c-style formatted queries #147 )
• Gracefully recover from OperationalError in ping (#6) #148 ( possibly )
• Prevent disconnect on server exception #150 ( possibly )

It is good to have the next release as soon as possible, because, for instance, the clickhouse-sqlalchemy project, IMHO, needs the v0.3.1 (UPD: at least v0.3.2, see #141 ) in order to properly support asynch with new features and bugs resolved. In particular:

• Support for asynch 0.2.5? xzkostyan/clickhouse-sqlalchemy#351
• Multi-bind session fails on commit() due to NotSupportedError from asynch xzkostyan/clickhouse-sqlalchemy#378
