Remove "component by system"

Overview

At the last all hands meeting, we learned that the "component by system" tree is redundant and/or not upkept.

Sub-tasks

• Remove it
• Rerun pipeline (make all) & commit updates
  • Dangling parts inputs/outputs will be updated. We should see a massive reduction in dangling parts (slack)
• Updates paper
  -stats.md will have new values. Copy/paste into the tables in the paper.
