feature request: Quickly import API Resources

What problem did you meet?

I am creating a project that will be sold to external clients. Many of our software solutions rely on OIDC services, with each application having its own independent API resources and permissions. For new clients, when the number of permissions expands to hundreds, manually writing each permission and its description becomes extremely challenging.

Describe what you'd like Logto to have

Therefore, I am seeking a streamlined import method that allows for the quick addition of preconfigured permissions through the use of a CSV file or other formats, enabling one-click importing.

This is a very straightforward feature, one that doesn’t even require the addition or modification of backend APIs. I am more than willing to provide technical assistance to implement this functionality.
