[SDK] C# (CSharp) SDK Implementation

Create an official C# SDK for LogWard.
C# is mostly used with serilog. Maybe a sink can be created: https://github.com/serilog/serilog/wiki/provided-sinks

That's a fantastic suggestion. We definitely want to support the .NET ecosystem, and building a Serilog Sink is absolutely the right way to go.

We have just finished rolling out the SDKs for Node, PHP, Python, Go (we are still testing it), so tackling C#/.NET is the next logical step to cover all major backend environments.

I'm adding this to the roadmap. However, since I'm not a daily C# user, it would be amazing to have a native .NET developer kick this off to ensure the implementation follows best practices.

If you (or anyone else reading this) are interested in contributing a basic implementation, I'd be more than happy to support you and review a PR!

I'll keep this issue open to track progress.

@Polliog Thanks, that sounds really great.
I have currently some projects where I am using serilog. I would really enjoy logging to logward.
If I find some free time I would love to create a sink for logward. So that is not necessary to change all logging calls but you can just specify the url, port and api key of logward and serilog would log to it.

@Lure5134 I've never used serilog, so I'll avoid touching it for now. But I would be really happy if you will contribute by creating the sink for serilog in the future.
