Not possible to pull small amounts from refinery queues

### Issue

When pulling from the refinery it always fills the inventory. With this the minimum amout to pull is 100, which can be a lot for EMats/HeMats/RMats. Resulting in wasting resources because after pulling you can't put it back anywhere.

* [ ] Pull X amount of materials from your refinery queues instead of automatically filling your inventory.
