Ignore backup folder(s) and file(s) from diagnostics

This pull request follows the wish and feature improvement of issue #235 .

Tested

Basically with a project which does have relative include paths (different folders).

• I introduced syntax failures in two files
  • VSCode "PROBLEMS" pane shows them (au3Check)
• then I tidy these two files which creates the "BackUp" folder(s) with the *_old1.au3 file(s)
  • "PROBLEMS" pane shows only the au3Check messages from the origin file(s), but no diagnostics within the backup files
• all good I hope so ✅
• I tested the extensions for side effects as good as I understood the extension
  • anyways, would be good when you double check @loganch, thanks
