Add support for GPT and APFS aliases

Currently GPT and APFS use path specification locations that use indices such as /p1 and /apfs1. However both back-ends use unique identifiers consider supporting /gpt{GUID} and /apfs{UUID} as aliases.

Consider adding an option to use the alias as the default/name

keep name as-is for now, the current form ensures the name is unique.
