@paulpopus - this all looks good to me. Can we get this merged in as I need to add a couple of tasks to the gulpfile and it makes sense to do it after your changes. |

Related to #98
I've updated Gulp to v4 and changed some of the plugins, I added sourcemap support for sass files and changed the structure of the gulpfile.js to hopefully make it easier to extend.
I want some initial feedback on this if possible
