Fixes #144 and #154.

• First: Add PHP 8.2 tests. #156
• And additional commits for coding standards from adds fix to respect translation for header and nav blocks #145

I this case I propose we don't squash merge to maintain the individual commits for different purposes that have good commit messages :-)
