Failed PHPUnit test

This one has been in the morning test runs for awhile and still occurs with the latest geo_entity

1) Drupal\Tests\localgov\Functional\LocalGovUpdateTest::testUpdate
There should be no errors in configuration 'core.entity_view_display.geo_entity.address.default'. Errors:
Schema key core.entity_view_display.geo_entity.address.default:content.location.settings.leaflet_markercluster.excluded failed with: missing schema

Failed asserting that Array &0 (
    'core.entity_view_display.geo_entity.address.default:content.location.settings.leaflet_markercluster.excluded' => 'missing schema'

@stephen-cox I think I read somewhere (here or on drupal.org) that you are looking at this one? If not let me know and I'll take a look, just don't want to double up on work.

PRs created for 3.x and 3.2.x which fix this issues and the other messages that come after this, I've taken the same approach we have in the past for errors like this
