Adding a Travis build file per #83 doesn't make sense if we're removing composer requirements. I think Travis should be disabled for this project. |

Setting composer required tool versions in this project is getting in the way of managing project tool updates. For example, in a CakePHP 3.5.x project using PHPUnit v6.x is possible, but blocked by the v4.1.* constraint here.
