Error in determining sequence boundaries

When trying this software, I encountered the following error.
The original sequence is as follows:

1. The end of the first sequence is brought forward.
2. Part of the remaining sequence is lost, and part is incorporated into the second sequence.
3. The second sequence's seq attribute contains a portion of the first sequence and the name of the second sequence.
