Building from source error: lld-link: error: undefined symbol

While building from source on Windows 11 22H2 using clang and the following commands, I get the error here:
error.txt

Searching online, it appears to be a CMakeLists.txt issue with winsock, although I am not sure.

Omitting the unit tests by commenting out all of the build/unittests/CMakeLists.txt allows it to compile.

When building LLVM outside of Visual Studio on Windows the Windows SDK location is not automatically determined.
To load the Windows SDK location in a command prompt (CMD) window run:
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\VC\Auxiliary\Build\vcvars64.bat" (your installation path may differ)
