Add a flag to llvm-readelf -s that will only show symbols located in a given section

That is, if I want to look at symbols only in .rodata, I would do something like llvm-readelf -sW --section=.rodata. Right now, I have to do some post processing to get these symbols.

readelf -Wr =cat | sed -n '/.rela.dyn/,/^$/p'

Personally I feel the need is too niche...
