Extended Description

Code that was fine with msvc 16.9.4 now causes a problem for code analysis after the recent 16.10 upgrade.

Repeatable. Code is available in public domain (if that helps with diagnosis).

Not sure if I picked the correct component (C++2a) but I am compiling with /std:c++latest
