[libc++] Add tests for has_unique_object_representations<Incomplete[]>

The trait was fixed in Clang in https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/138291 to account for [LWG4113](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/118350), but we are lacking libc++ tests for it.
