Why Are you requesting commit access ?

As I have been contributing to clang-repl and domains around it (clang for native cases and wasm-ld for the wasm cases) regularly for the past 4-6 months, I think I am in a position to take responsibility for improvements on the interpreter and fix anything that is broken.
