Add thin command

The “thin” command turns out to be useful if one wants to save an ascii version of a curve but only need a fraction of the original points in the curve.

Procedure: Construct new curves which retains the information content of the given
curves but with fewer points.
Usage: thin curve-list “int” n-points | “dif” tolerance
