Is ld_diffusers_sdxl_attn.safetensors a LoRa or an offset weights?

I noticed that you mentioned in another repository https://github.com/lllyasviel/sd-forge-layerdiffuse that sdxl_attn is trained with LoRa (rank 256), but actually, this file seems to be an offset weights?
