Add Replicate demo and API support

This pull request integrates Replicate support into your IC-Light model, allowing users to run the model within a Docker environment using Cog.

Key features:

• Replicate Demos:
  • IC-Light (2K+ runs already!)
  • IC-Light Background (newly added today)
• Replicate API: Enables users to run the models directly from their code.

Example usage:

In case you're wondering who I am, I'm from Replicate, where we're trying to make machine learning reproducible. We got frustrated that we couldn't run all the really interesting ML work being done. So, we're going round implementing models we like. 😊
