What happened?

Fooocus refuses to complete the startup with a an error 'missing library cv'
ImportError: DLL load failed: The specified module could not be found. It gets to a point and refuses to go any further.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Try to install Fooocus latest version on Windows 11 Pro 2H23 onwards

What should have happened?

It should start!

Cloud (other)

What operating system are you using?

Windows 11

Console logs

Will submit next time I encounter the error. I've reverted to an earlier version of Windows 11 Pro
