Class util (get class, has class)

Class#forName but:

• one that wraps the possible exception in a Runtime one
• one that returns an Optional
• one that returns a boolean?

Other idea:

• return simple name of object's class if is not null;
• smart toString for a Type var?

• method that returns whether it's a "regular" class (not interface, not enum, not annotation)
• shortcut for modifiers? E.g. to check "is private final" immediately?
