Update Checkstyle version used by CodeClimate #147
Description
Need to apply the same changes as done to ConfigMe: AuthMe/ConfigMe@1937fa4
- apply specific channel to the CodeClimate config so Checkstyle 10.7.0 is used
- adapt the config & the comments
