CMS High Level Trigger Phase 2 performance studies

This repo contains the following:

• Files to generate MC samples and perform HLT Phase 2 tracking
• Results of DQM Fast Timer service timing
• Results with vtune for three of the most time consuming modules in the HLT for pileup 140 and 200
• A report of the results and a jupyter notebook to generate the plots
