Mongodb驱动可能过时了

跟随fedora版本库升级了php-pecl-mongo（stable

现在MongoCollection各种操作最后一个参数都变成option数组了
于是如果用新的驱动的话
DbMongo.class.php第196行的两个调用会出错

我不知道以前这个参数是什么意思……似乎是把true直接删掉就行？
