In the docs, this isn’t the correct way to link to other pages. Please refer to the example mentioned in the issue for the correct format.

What this PR does / why we need it:
This PR adds a 'Learn More' section to the end of the "What is Litmus?" introductory document. This helps users easily discover related resources such as installation guides, use cases, core principles, and community links, thereby improving the overall navigation and user experience of the documentation.
