Analysis failed error when opening an object script .cls file in vscode

Hi,
I have installed SonarLint and CacheQuality extensions in vscode. SonarLint is used as standalone mode. It has no problems while analyzing .py files. When a .cls file is opened the following error always popup "Analysis failed. Unable to load component class org.sonarsource.sonarlint.core.analyzer.sensor.PhaseExecutor". The Java 17 was installed and "sonarlint.ls.javaHome": "C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17", is in settings.json file. I have tried to reinstalled SonarLint and CacheQuality extensions multiple times, but this issue won't go away.

Please let me know how to solve this issue.
