Fix #243 : Add duplicate keybinding warning

This PR adds warning indicators for duplicate keybindings, it can:

Shows a yellow exclamation mark next to the conflicting keybindings
Displays tooltip with conflict details on hover
Shows warning dialog when setting duplicate bindings
