Bug description
The flag of Iraq shown in multiple places across the system, is the flag of Iraq that was used under Saddam Hussein's rule. This may be found offensive to many considering the history of this flag, especially to Iraqi locals like myself. This issue exists for Syria too, as it also has the old flag which was used under Bashar Al-Assad's dictatorship rule.
Steps to reproduce
Can be found wherever flags/country names are found in the areas of the system settings, like in the language settings.
Expected behavior
The flag of Iraq should be updated to the current flag which doesn't include the Ba'ath Party's 2 stars, along with updating the flag of Syria to the current flag.
