Interrupted Suspend disables "Power Button" functionality #83

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place for this, this is regarding the menu@cinnamon.org applet.

At least as of Cinnamon 6.6.4 with the introduction of the new session UI in the Cinnamon menu, I've noticed that if I click "Suspend" and that Suspend is interrupted in any way, it will disable the red power button, making it impossible to re-attempt a Suspend via the same method.

This has occurred to me at least twice, the last time was when I was copying a large number of files and I habitually clicked "Suspend" by mistake. It didn't actually suspend because there was an ongoing nemo process, but once that process completed (hours later) the computer did not then suspend, but worse was that I could not re-engage the same menu that displays the Suspend button, the red button at this point becomes non-interactive, forcing me to go through the terminal.
