- Rename executable from jivedrop to jive-encoder
- Update Go module path to github.com/linuxmatters/jive-encoder
- Rename cmd/jivedrop/ directory to cmd/jive-encoder/
- Rename jivedrop.tape and .github/jivedrop.gif assets
- Update documentation, CI workflows, and code strings
- Add .harper-dictionary.txt with project name terms
