Why is there a 1.25 second delay in the address claim process?
The J1939-81 spec doesn't define a 1.25 second delay in the address claim procedure. I believe it should be 250ms instead. That's what I understand of the specification.

In case a node which loose address claiming process and need to migrate to a different address, had running transfer session, the session will need to be timeouted, not aborted.
To timeout currently running transfer, we need 1.25seconds.
