Update two links in the guide to point to Cloud Manager versions:
- Billing and Payments
- Linode Manager Security Controls
* Two more cloud manager guide links, removed references to Longview
- Inserted two more Cloud Manager links
- Longview isn't available in the Linode Manager, so I removed
the link to it in the Cloud Manager feature list. You can
still technically see graphs of network/CPU/etc usage in the
Cloud Manager, so I left the Access monitoring statistics
line present.
