Before Swift 3, enum case identifiers were supposed to be written in
UpperCamelCase, but that changed tolowerCamelCasein Swift 3. The example for rule 3.4.4 has been changed to reflect this, but the inline example in the sentence before that wasn't changed. This PR fixes that inconsistency.
