This adds Travis CI support. It's based on #1. We must merge #1 first and then rebase this on top of master before merging this.

Looks good, thanks! Is it better to rebase and merge from the UI, or do a manual rebase? I'm hoping the latter might trigger a run...

This adds Travis CI builds for druid on Windows. It builds
all targets + examples. This closes linebender#3.

Looks like that worked. Not 100% sure if there's anything more I need to configure so new PR's will have their CI automatically reported.
