This closes #192.

This change allows the user to use collision parameter coefficients for a non-LAMDA species without LIME printing the name of a spurious LAMDA molecule in its solution commencement message.

The value of MAX_N_COLL_PART was also increased to 20.

Removed unused argument 'partner' from collpartmesg2().

Printing of the collision partner information has been moved from readMolData() to molInit().
