Inconsistent / Unintuitive Data Refresh

Data in the various screens (patient app home screen, admin app "current alarms" screen) not being updated after major events:

• Completing an alarm task from the patient app ... alarm should disappear from list

• Deleting an alarm from the admin app ... alarm should disappear

Etc...

Delete records from local array
