I can see that the last commit was done on Nov 2017. Is this repo is still maintained or dropped?
Also, whether this project covers all WCAG 2.0 AAA guidelines?

Thank you for your interest. We are looking for a new maintainer internally, so it is not dropped per se, but it has definitely not received the love it deserves.

Regarding coverage of AAA: yes, a11ym will check for AAA rules that can be programmatically checked. Some of the rules, however, cannot be checked using an automatic tool.
