Transactions never expire -> locked funds. #1320
Description
Description
Created invoices (transactions) remain "in progress" and never expire. They remain open unless they are completed correctly or confirmed. This causes locked funds / inbound capacity problems for ever.
Steps to reproduce the behavior
It occurs by all transactions that are not filled.
Expected behavior
The transactions should expire after some time without completion / confirmation.
