Project Site: Consolidate content on the Github project page to this Project site

Rather than having redundant, and possibly out of date content in two places (website vs Github); we should have a quick “Read Me”/”How to Build” on the Github project page, and a link to this website, which provides the full project documentation, etc.

There’s no reason to have this info twice.
