Add an option to not include ButtonStylesListItemRemove in the list generated by ButtonStylesList

It's possible to configure the ButtonStylesList to handle different styles but it's not possible to configure it to not add the ButtonStylesListItemRemove in the style list.
It would be nice to add a config option to omit ButtonStylesListItemRemove in the list (and of course keeping the default behavior)
